Ah yes, the beloved $1 party. We got over half way there twice, but no cigar. Don't give up hope, it has been postponed indefinitely, but not cancelled. Too bad on the timing, you could sure get a lot more party in Vegas now than a couple years ago, for the money.

BTW, if there happened to be a 1 for 10 or 20 reverse split, and then we go to $1, does that still count? LOL
