Hansen comments on shares, German listing

NEW YORK, July 16 (Reuters) - Beverage holding company Hansen Natural Corp. (HANS) said on Friday it saw no reason for the recent decline in its stock price and is investigating the unauthorized listing of its stock in Germany.

The company said that its common stock has been listed on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange, without its consent, and it will deliver a letter to the BBSE demanding immediate delisting of Hansen stock from their exchange. REUTERS
