You maybe right, but I don't trust you without verification.

The verification is in turning the education system into private business, where only the best survive and strive to make more money by providing better results.......Only positive results should be rewarded, then your education system will be the best in the world. Without true competition will you never be the best you can be, the system has no competition.

Do what is “right”, never do what is “easy”. And do this "all" of the time, not just some of the time.
