It is the teacher unions causing this, trust me!! Need to tie pay to performance period!!

Anyway, our school system is inefficient and ineffective needing to go through major overhaul like financial system did.

Do what is “right”, never do what is “easy”. And do this "all" of the time, not just some of the time.
