never been talked about to much , but it appeared in the past as if the ticker was supposed to have been retired but wasn't , so was sort of appropriated by "others" ,there are a lot of tickers still with occassional volume that it is said that they are still there because there exists a large fail to deliver , possibly cause they were shorted to nothing originally and as long as the ticker is still there the one who shorted does not have to declare the profit and pay taxes , I think I said all that right !!! imo that is what the condition of the ticker KGLJ is !!!!!
