But that was lifted yesterday. Perhaps, it has moved back to pinks yesterday pm, but site hasn't been updated. Someone else mentioned there isn't enough time to file paperwork to be trading on pinks already. Do you have a link on the timing required and when that paperwork can be submitted earliest? In my view, it could've been all prepared by NITE (in this case), then walked through on Monday morning.

Do you or anyone else have more than opinion on this subject (like some proof - links)? Opinion is OK if that's all you have, but don't expect me or anyone else to just believe it as fact.

So to reiterate so there's no confusion:

1) Proof of minimum timing required
2) Proof of earliest submission date
