IDEV - would the company be required to wait on repurchasing shares until they "officially" filed with the SEC? - if so, maybe they can start now?

On July 1, 2004, Indevus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDEV), issued a pressrelease announcing that its Board of Directors had approved a stock repurchaseprogram authorizing the Company to repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares of theCompany's common stock from time to time in open market transactions.
