I tried it one time..a pretty fast jog (for me)..next day I was sore from one end to the other. Not joints so much..felt sore inside like I had jiggled everything out of place.
I'm going to gradddddualllly start getting into that eventually. Will have to. Going to limit my self to 20 minutes on it..period..and just daily creep the speed up on it..so I figure eventually I'll be actually running for 20 solid minutes..distance should be 3 mile ish..
