No injunction; No Attorneys Fees; US Sales and Oregon Plant production included; 1%SDRAM, 4.25% DDR, DDR2, DDR3 etc. plus interest; Hynix and Rambus to negotiate rates on future sales of infringed product expeditiously so HJW can issue ruling and package for appeal to CADC with the Delaware case.
