Most brokers and/or broker reps that you can talk to on the phone generally know diddly squat about penny stocks, BB's, Pinks, Greys, rules and regs etc.

That even includes full service brokers. They're sales people with some knowledge of stock exchanges and of course the OTC BB and Pinks are not exchanges, just quotation services and the Grey Market is just the murky netherworld of over the counter trading with no published quotations.

LOL trading certs out of the trunk of your car or in bars is more transparent that the Grey Market.
