Opinions on ARWR?

Recently touted in the Penny Stock Fortunes letter (a Stansberry paper), subscribers were just instructed to dump shares due to a nasdaq de-listing letter (hence the -26% in one day).

Seems to have good support at this level, thinking it might pivot here and start to re-fill the gap?
