Nah, I'm afraid he's got you there, TBG.

Those who sold on the 18th got .03/share.

Those who didn't sell on the 18th have stock worth .02/share PLUS they have the distribution shares. So "what matters" is not just the current PPS -- because you have to add the spinoff to that number which you failed to do.
