What? That's just ridiculous. Exchanges can't make demands like that. All they are concerned about is that a company meets their minimum listing requirements.

Bottom line regarding AS...it's meaningless.

Since you guys keep talking about RCCH and going TSX, maybe check the AS on many, if not most, Canadian companies. You'll find the AS from the git go, is set at ......UNLIMITED!

Go to SEDAR and do some searching and reading.
