Good questions, Lee. I played with a "Viking" stick most of my time, 21 oz. I might add, and my games were 9-ball first and sometimes "straight" pool (known in some circles as "points" pool). I have the name of the Newman booze on the tip of my tongue, just can't bring it up to mind, though. That was a great movie. I think that movie was somewhat of a "mentoring" situation with Newman for Cruise. Back at that time, Newman was advising Cruise to stick it out with his first wife (can't remember her name) but, Cruise did not feel that way and went on his way to many other women.
