BAC has already started ordering new signs and letterhead, changing the name from Bank of America Corporation to Bank of United States of America. Naturally, the headquarters is being moved from Charlotte NC to Washington DC. Those who currently own it, well, you're f#$%ed. But, luckily for swing traders, though BAC will no longer exist, I do believe it will be tradeable over the counter as BUSA.OB Apparently the paperwork will be in enough order that .pk will not be necessary and, thus, it will be eligible for discussion here)
