If you ask me they are the main catalyst for the destruction of confidence and the American way of life.

They did nothing about the toxic cdos, did not enforce the law banning naked short sales and fail to delivers, and gave the arsonist cans of gas when they took away the uptick rule.

Was it financial engineering they were attempting? Why else would they get rid of the uptick rule? A rule that was put in place since the last depression? Did they do this on purpose?

The very organization that was suppose to protect investors and deliver a level playing field, facilitated this financial destruction.
That piece of Sh3T Treason Cox, should be held accountable for the largest destruction of wealth in history. He makes Madeoff look like a choir boy. Unfortunately these crooks, are the only ones as of right now, who can change this by re-instating the rule.

I think the justice department should launch a full blown investigation into this. Whos policing the Police, there needs to be some real reform or the whole agency needs to be abolished and a new one created. This new Agency should be held accountable by the tax payers (we the people) in some fashion.


It just makes me sick what they did to our country, Grandmas Ira, and the countless lives they have ruined.
