And it's all Obama's fault, right...? Well, it must be, since CA's Republican governor certainly wouldn't share any responsibility on the matter.

Plenty of other states don't have the size of problem that CA has in balancing a budget. But that doesn't have anything to do with the ARRA bill, and you know it.
