Actually they have not had any trials but when one listens to some of the attorneys for the "terrorists" the government has presented them with NO evidence after all this time. So they released 400 with no trials and returned them back to their country so I would same that's a prima facie case of innocence wouldn't you?

I'm sure there are some who are "terrorists" but I doubt many.
