Ya know, I am not a big fan of miss-information, but I have to say that saving a bunch of swampland can pretty much be summarized by the use of rat protection terms. Sort of a short-hand way to put it.

Come to think of it, who else are we protecting the swamps for except the rats? Works for me.

Pissing away money on useless crap does not help the economy. Otherwise Congress would get the Nobel Prize instead of running our country into a Depression.

Think of how many people are gainfully employed by stashing money in a Swiss Bank Account.
