I honestly want to know what I am missing. I was always under the impression that a company on the pinks was not required to report share issues or buy backs. Isn't that why they are on the pinks, not just because they dont report financials? i always thought the purpose of the pinks was for investors to be aware that a company was not reporting, so they will invest with caution, and so the company has a chance to fix some things under the radar.
If I am wrong then i would be greatful for the effort you make to educate me.
