My point was that it is hard to know what the company is doing when they are not required to report.
The lack of movement is possibly related to frustration, day trading, or lack of exposure to investors. It also could be things going on behind the curtain.
I dont want to be confrontational, but how are you so confident that I am wrong when a company hasn't filed anything in a year. Hence the pink sheets. If they arent bothering to file their 10 series forms, what makes you think they would file a form 4?
