There will also be no HK listing. As I have pointed out previously, HK requires audits. Shayne Heffernan, the con man behind this scam will never ever audit his books. Then people would know just how many lies he has told. That's why he has only published two totally bogus financial statements in the last year.

Nothing real ever comes from this company.
