Ya know one thing we haven't heard yet in most all of the discussions surrounding TARP, TARP2 and now the Stimulus Package are rumblings regarding new Banking regs coming as a result of the worst financial crisis of our times. Tier 1, 2 & 3 capital ratio laws would be one place to start (among many). I wouldn't be surprised to see the min/max raised on Tier 1 a percent...or even two.

Legislated and enforced (if that's possible through our inept SEC) new laws would create stability and hopefully build confidence again...it would be a welcome sight for sure.
