Description of responsibilities: • Responsible for leading market WiMAX optimization efforts; • Establish optimization testing schedule based on site/cluster availability; • Establish work quality guidelines for the team and set expectations with customer; • Provide technical guidance and review deliverables; • Interact with other functional groups as needed; • Provide regular updates and review meetings with customer
Experience & skills required: • Minimum 5 years relevant RF experience; • Strong background in wireless data network optimization (WiMAX); • Understanding of IP data protocols and Mobile IP; • Experience leading optimization projects is required; • Experience using EDX and XCAL/XCAP desired; • Excellent verbal and written communications as well as excellent analytical skills; • A good team player who can interact with other organizations
Education required (minimum): BSEE

Experience & skills required: • Minimum 3-5 years RF design experience; • Proficient with planning tools (EDX preferred); • Prior experience with supporting wireless network deployment from an RF perspective, especially design and optimization of an overlay network; • Good verbal and written communications skills
