LOL, some people sadly actually believe that nonsense. And anything that happens to the stock market is an accurate representation of the president's economic policies, regardless of where the the stock market started or how over or undervalued it was.

To point to the stock market bubble as a "success" of Clinton would be as stupid as point to the real estate bubble as a "success" of Alan Greenspan.
