Never said everyone, but some of charges are so obviously bogus. Do you know how most of them wound up there? The US was paying the warlords $30K for each "enemy combatant" they could find. it was a good way of making a few bucks getting rid of people they didn't like, with a few strangers thrown in for good measure.
