JUst stating what there PR said. Only verbage the PR stated Was "stockholder of record @5:00 on 2/13 and 2/13 being the record date" There is nothing there about 2/13 being the last trade date. And we all know that you are not a stockholder of record until T+3. If they intended for 2/13 to be the last trade date then the PR is simply misguided and wrong.
