** HAYZ - A buyout is my feeling as well...

Shorting the stock down to 0.07 may still not be enough to shake enough shares out to get control of the company...

but then make a buyout offer at 0.30-0.40 and some institutional holders may take the bait...

its all speculation of course...but we may be sitting on the jackpot, especially if a buyout offer comes our way...
