Interest in what, exactly?

The MRK-INSM deal has more to do with MRK’s push into biologics than it does with FoB’s per se. The most consequential assets MRK is acquiring from INSM are the manufacturing building, the production equipment, and the trained staff. INSM’s FoB programs for Neupogen and Neulasta played a lesser role in the deal, IMO.

In short, I don’t think the MRK-INSM deal is especially relevant to GTC.
