I think what he meant by source was the actual EPA, govies, states...you know the people actually dealing with the product and have confirmed the product/project/completion, etc. I don't think Balmer of Microsoft will actually give you many details on transactions and dealings, but you sure can find a lot more info if you contact their sources, ie people that deal with Microsoft.
