Explain the fraud that the pumpers were putting out that RCCH
had $80,000,000 in assets. They have had zero revenues for the past couple of years. The notion that RCCH is going to
spin off "multiple" subsidiaries is ridiculous and is not

They are trying to peddle IWS in a merger but what shell would want a company that has no revenues? I predict months will go by with NO NEWS from Gene on the merger. RCCH will stay on the pinks just as I predicted because no one else will have them.

Without revenues what is the point of being in business? The
government approvals mean nothing if no one is paying for their product. Even a taco stand could produce rev's but not
IWS. Explain that to me.
