I've just been browsing the site and it looks interesting. There are free articles, like the one I just posted, and they also break down M&A and licensing deals fairly nicely in one spot. The premium subscription offers access to their "NPV Analyzer" which basically allows you to calculate NPV for drug and biotech company pipelines. It would be interesting to play around with this but I'm sure the cost is substantial.
