How anyone can believe that there is still potential value in ths holding is beyond me. With all due respect to you true believers, I think it's time to start considering either A Shareholder Deriviative Suit or a Dissenting shareholder suit. Hold the officers and directors accountable for your losses.

The shenanigans that this management team has pulled are a smaller version of what has put the public off Wall Street altogether. They have continued to draw significant salaries while the stock continues to plummet. It has been hemorrhaging cash since the beginning and continues to do so. One has to wonder where the $10 million went in so short a period of time.

Delisting the stock simply makes it easier to pick the bones of uWink clean without any scrutiny from regulators.

For those of you who think that a minority interest in a pink sheet company is worth anything... good luck!
