the idiot buyer.... believes that the downside has been exhausted.. there is nothing to lose anymore.... once the figure.. nill..has been hit... but there is no limit to the upside in case new positive ele ments as well legit business plan /is adopted with real values /new successful projects with real postential by new aggressive board to secure real growth...as well positive achievements..
