That article struck me as quit funny. Everything stated in that is about right that I can see as far as time lines but it is done based on a totally negative slant with all the negative comments while quoting every PR and word. Why didn't that article mention the Federal EPA/ETV approval, the State DEQ approvals, the work going on with NYU, etc ???? That article implies that the merger won't be completed, Hess is not involved, etc. That article was simply to attacked the RCCH CEO. What happens if everything mentioned in that article comes true just like Newton said ???? He has always said RCCH is on the pinks because he isn't going to tell anybody anything till it is done. What makes anybody think that because some jerk calls Gene up asking questions about the RCCH business plans like that they would get more then a "no comment" answer. No surprises there LOL. What a goof, We will know for sure one way or the other soon.
