I did not convert my shares simply because I don't like giving up control of my shares for 3 months (although my unconverted shares are still locked up with Scottrade as OFON# and I don't have control right now anyway).

Just writing as I think so I could definitely be overlooking many things but, for a person who has both converted and non converted shares and when the time comes, what is to prevent that person from bidwhacking with their unconverted shares just prior to converting their preferred back to common in an attempt to increase the common shares they receive in the conversion process?
