Hi Allie, very glad to hear again from you. Another thought today about a delayed PR. If the Pr had come while the RS'd shares were still not cleared in our brokerage accounts, we could not sell thus there could only be buys. There would be a skewed PPS and when shares can be sold a over reaction to sell then another skewed PPS downward.
So far I think 141 has played this very equitably, KUDOS.
