All that shows is that Shayne aka BZTG doesn't pay it's bills. Seems he stiffed the accountant in HK among others.

Further, this definitely shows that Buzz Inc, if it actually got formed (something I doubt), it would require an audit if it had any assets (something I doubt). If it existed (which I doubt) it also couldn't list on the HK exchange without assets that are audited.

So, thank you for proving my point. Just like BZTG claimed back in August, nothing is on track except for Shayne Heffernan's plan to con you and your friends out of as much of your money as he can.

Shayne has convoluted this con to such a degree he can't even keep his own facts straight. He claims Buzz inc owns Buzz Technologies and he also claims Buzz Technologies owns Buzz Inc. Which is it? I am sure you don't know because Shayne Heffernan, the international con man running this scam can't even keep his own facts straight.
