Bebida Beverage Company (Pink Sheets: BBDA) announced today that the Company has formed a strategic product development alliance which will focus on the development of enhanced lifestyle beverages.

Bebida Beverage has formed a product development alliance with Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc., based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Enzyme Environmental and Bebida Beverage will be focused on developing a proprietary biotechnology for a line of enzyme enhanced beverages to be marketed and distributed by Bebida Beverage.

Enzymes assist to c atalyze and regulate all biochemical reactions that occur within the human body, as well as being instrumental in digestion. Enzymes break down fats, proteins, carbohydrates and fiber making it possible to benefit from the nutrients found in foods while assisting to remove toxins. Enzymes assist the body to turn food into energy and unlock this energy for use in the body.

Bebida Beverage will market and distribute a full line of enzyme enhanced water, sport and energy drinks through the product development alliance provided by Enzyme Environmental Solutions. The focus of product development will include digestive, therapeutic and life-style supportive beverage lines. Bebida Beverage believes the developmental alliance with Enzyme Environmental Solutions will provide the Company with key strategic advantages in the development of ground-breaking beverage technology for consumers.
