Why do you think they made the whole strange procedure? Most shares of the retailers are locked up and so no competition for them. They will pump it up like they did it before and with spooz. The only thing which could convince me of the contrary to being a scam or. less harsh,, they are finally running a legit business would be anything official and accountable.
