Oversold or overvalued? Even here one could make a case that the stock is now way overvalued considering todays news. Buying this dip could be a great gamble since the stock could very well move much lower.


(Restate financial results for its 2002, 2003 and 2004 fiscal years as well as unaudited statements for its first quarter ended in May.

Red Hat said it expects the change to result in "significant" percentage differences in net income, though the overall amount of revenue booked will remain the same.)

Notice the word"significant"

Until we know exactly what this means it would be hard to value the shares at this point. When you don't know what to do.....do nothing.
