Isentress - what's more important for MRK is to get it approved for treatment-naive and data look very good there.

Agreed. Approval in the first line is essential if the drug is ever going to exceed $1B in annual sales.

If qD Isentress ends up working as well as BID, Isentress could be a very big-selling drug; however (as stated in #msg-35447718), I consider the qD trial a long shot. We’ll know the answer in late 2011 or early 2012.
