Pharmathene has moved into human testing

The FDA is opening the door a little wider each time. Maybe some of their said "negotiations" will bear some fruit now that the platform has full FDA approval. Maybe one the Big Pharma Boyz will feel threatened enough to start negotiations. Attempting to lower their cancer patients bill from $50,000/month would be a humane act.
