Don't know. I asked Maggie Land that exact Q and she hasn't responded with a answer yet. I sure it will be up to the probation dept's report to the court/judge, prior to any sentenceing.
I would hope they will try garnishing/obtaining all of their accounts/property and put them into BK. That might give us a chance to get something.IMO
It would only seems right since it's our money they bought them with.LOL
