Who knows? The Company has been making excuses since 12/22/07 on a simple corp website indicating in a dozen at least PR's that it was going "live' very shortly or with out further delay..If a CEO can not even direct a timetable for a SIMPLE Corp website how can ANYONE believe ANYTHING that comes out of HGLC press???

HGLC played the Share Buy back GAME this past summer in 6 PR's. Now they recycle the GAME once again for 2009. The thing is they STATED that it was going to take place with 10 million dollars from the sale proceeds of Moly. WHY OR WHY would you want to spend millions of dollars to BUY back shares when ALL a Company would have to do would be to call a CPA firm and say, Hi Can you audit my Company per SEC guidelines. 35k-60K COST? Oh NO, we want to spend 10 MILLLION dollars to effect a Share buy back to "POSSIBLY" raise the share price! You want to effect a Share price SANER? Call a CPA firm in Brooklyn or Queens and tell them you want an audit done before the end of February and you will pay them 140k to do it before end of Feb 2009, BANG they WILL and I just saved the company 9.9Million dollars! BUT you do and the gang do NOT want to Audit and be a reporting company because EVERYTHING this company does is a scam..........
