LOUIS DION had a deal with Mobile Media and released news releases that were false. Just a coincidence??...that a couple of years ago, Louis Dion released news releases for a pump and dump scheme that said there was a deal, that Mobile Media had big name affiliates, that the deal was a proprietary and patented way to send text messages to millions of people via their cell phones. It appears this Mobile Media has a different so called affiliate base......but what are the odds, that this company is called Mobile Media and Louis Dion's company had a so called deal with a leader called Mobile Media a couple of years ago, and that Mobile Media's original web site format was virtually identicla to the web site of Mobile Media fro a couple of years ago. Why is Louis Dion important.....he was the man behind Veridigm before it was handed to his questionable buddy just over a year ago...who appointed Gary Freeman. Gary Freeman has connections with Paul Taylor in various companys. Paul Taylor had had dealing behind the scene with Louis Dion. Louis Dion was behind the myriad of false press releases for a year, which demolished Veridigm's chance of any real progress....it was classic pump and dump. Louis Dion was also behind the legal bill that Veridigm got stuck with. At the same time Louis Dion, the man behind Veridigm had filed incorrect filings, and shares mysteriously have gone missing and still are not able to be counted for. Louis Dion's actions got the attention of the SEC and they came after Veridigm...hence the fact the shares haven't been matching up.....with all this going on, false news releases, etc......Gary Freeman and Verdigm never went after Louis Dion....hmmmmm.....very strange...could it be they are buddys still....hmmmm. It would be nice if all this was behind these people, and MMUH not like past pump and dumps, but at this point I and others are not so sure.
