THECRAPSMAN- No not actually , it just needs much much more volume to move. I played a stock atually more than 1 that sold anywhere from 3- 12 Billion + shares per day every day for about 6 months before it moved of the .0001 , the spike was very short lived and out of the Market today.

HGLC could see a small pop , but for many of those that bought in about 3-4 months ago it will never see the .002s again
