if peeps can hold that bid strong and not let it fall under 0.51, pps can stay up there. if mm scare with a 50 share bid at 30, and match with a 50 share sell among themselves, peeps should not line up at 0.30, hoping to grab cheapies.

company wants to stay non-reporting for a while. it is hard to tell how this stock will react to news and performance. if there is positive reaction, it will be ok to put cash to work.
