You said TELCEL said yes in 2007 but why quibble? MTNL will launch but it will take a while for significant dollars to come in. TELMEX is uncertain no matter what you say, let's just HOPE they happen! ONEV has cash problems that MIGHT take up to a couple years to resolve IF ever.
