Wrong.
Based on the PR:
"... At the "Pay Date," Fortress Financial Group, Inc. stockholders will receive an amount of 0.234 shares of Hurasu Resource Corporation Common Shares for every 100 (one hundred) shares held in Fortress Financial Group, Inc."
So based on that information this is what I come up with:
(assuming one holds 1 million shares---and using YOUR calculations here)
12.50pps/.234=53.418 --- how many FFGO shares it takes to get one share of "Hurasu" stock
1,000,000/100=10,000
10,000/53.418=187.20 shares of "Hurasu" stock
Based on the calculations YOU conducted---that means for every 10,000 shares of FFGO---one receives 187.20 shares of Hurasu.
Which---in my humble opinion, doesn't appear to be correct.
From what I interpret above for every 1,000,000 shares of FFGO stock one should receive roughly 2340 shares of Hurasu stock.
